Description
In this course, we will review key aspects of infant cognitive development. Seeing, listening to and smelling new things are the beginning of a spectacular period of discovery that has a direct effect on cognitive development. From birth to 18 months, there are an amazing list of milestones in all domains including physical and social/emotional as well as cognitive. By understanding cognitive development and identifying typical expected milestones, you will be able to influence intellectual development of infants in your care.
