Description
Staffing a program is one of the most important tasks in a program director's job. It is also one of the most difficult because good staff are often hard to find. Working with children and families requires a special type of person. Locating and hiring the right person involves both careful screening and some intuition.
This course has been designed to support program directors in recruiting, interviewing, selecting and leading qualified staff members with an eye toward retention.
Not all courses are approved for early care and education in every state. Please check State and CEU Approvals page for details.
