Play is important work! In this course, you will be provided with many suggestions to create or improve on your outdoor play environment.

The common goal of all these suggestions is to create a safe environment that supports healthy development and imaginative and creative play. Your role in this outdoor classroom is not to "teach a lesson" at every play break, but to encourage, facilitate, and observe. If you build it, they will learn!
