Description
The licensing of early care and education programs is required throughout the U.S, however there are no national standards governing childcare and preschool programs. Each state is called upon to legislate and regulate how early care and education programs operate inside their boundaries.
This course provides program directors with an opportunity to explore typical compliance areas covered in their licensing regulations, an overview of the licensing process, and sources of support for quality improvement.
Not all courses are approved for early care and education in every state. Please check State and CEU Approvals page for details.
